It was with great enthusiasm that I threw myself into the world of entrepreneurs in 2011. I took over the company Sileo and brought it back to life. With innovative services tailored to the SME environment, we are successfully on the road and are recording pleasing growth.<\/p>

My technical passion has always been IT systems technology and the big picture. Immediately after completing my apprenticeship as a businessman, I switched to IT and have developed over the years to become a qualified business IT specialist \/HF. I have built up a particularly large amount of knowledge in the areas of networks, virtualisation and Citrix terminal servers. Even though I am very good with technical details, I like to be creative, design new products and systems and am happy to support our customers as a partner and consultant.<\/p>

I need a balance to the virtual IT world in which it is often difficult to see what I have achieved at the end of the day. I find this balance in my family, in sport and also very much in doing handicrafts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Through my experience in various industries and my eye for graphics, it is possible for me to advise our customers on an equal footing in various IT-related topics. I like to think in an analytical, structured and networked way - especially when things get complex. Systematically analysing challenges and developing elegant, functional solutions is more than just a job for me: it's my passion.<\/p>

Thanks to my diverse experience in various industries, I have been able to develop a broad understanding of interrelationships and processes and use this knowledge in a targeted manner in my day-to-day work. In my role as head of the software department, I combine logical thinking with strategic planning - with the aim of realising sustainable and well thought-out solutions.<\/p>

I have been fascinated by computers and technology since I was a child. I have been working in the IT world as a career changer for several years now. With my experience in web development, I now support Sileo as a software engineer for Bexio Backup and in the casino environment. My interest in software development and cyber security constantly drives me to deepen my knowledge.
In my free time, I also enjoy working on other IT topics, running a home lab and discovering my creative streak in videography. Away from the screen, I find balance and enjoyment in sport and am a passionate basketball player. Having grown up in a technical environment, I have gained a firm foothold in the IT sector as a career changer over the past few years. In addition to empathic, organisational and administrative skills from the social sector, I have practical know-how in software and web development - especially for ERP & CRM systems as well as in-house tools for process optimisation for companies in various industries.<\/p>

Variety and a healthy balance are very important to me - that's why I spend my free time doing a variety of activities and am always open and curious about new things.<\/p>

My enthusiasm for technology and digitalisation has been with me for a long time. In my own lab environment at home, I live out my creative streak by experimenting with new and constantly evolving hardware and software. With my quick comprehension and high willingness to learn, I am committed to supporting Sileo as a Junior System Engineer.<\/p>

In my free time, I am passionate about various activities, especially outdoor activities such as camping - together with friends or my partner. I also work out more or less regularly at the gym or go jogging. In the winter months, I love skiing, watching films or simply lying under the covers with my partner and our cats and watching the snow fall. If I have any time left over, I spend it playing real-time strategy and survival games.<\/p>

After years of working for banks and insurance companies, I founded my own company in 1982. It was the beginning of an exciting and successful journey through time. Despite progressive development of technology, the task and the basis of computer science is still the same.
