Introduction
In 2022 and 2023, we compensated for numerous price adjustments by our suppliers by making savings in purchasing, increasing our own output or improving efficiency. As a result, we did not have to adjust prices for our customers.
The general cost increases and price rises on the market are forcing us to adjust our prices to the market.
Below we show the price adjustments sorted by product area.
The price adjustments will take place together with the increase in Swiss VAT from 7.7 to 8.1 % as of 1 January 2024.

MICROSOFT 365 and CLOUD services

We offer our customers a free purchasing service in this area. The advantage of purchasing licences through us as a Microsoft partner is that you can pay the licence fees by Sileo monthly invoice.
For customers who also purchase Swisscom products from us, we will transfer the licences to the Swisscom portal in 2024. The Microsoft 365 licences will then be billed via the Swisscom monthly invoice.
Alternatively, you can add a credit card in the Microsoft 365 portal and purchase the licences directly from Microsoft.
In this case, we still offer to order and manage the licences for you.
