If a backup fails for any reason, the backup is automatically restarted 3 times. If the backup is still faulty, the backup is personally checked by SILEO on the following working day and an attempt is made to remedy the cause on the next possible backup.
After a minimum term of three months, you can cancel with one month's notice at the end of each calendar month. Without active cancellation, your subscription will be automatically extended after the subscription period. Invoices are sent out in such a way that you have sufficient time to cancel at the end of each month, subject to the one-month notice period.
In RESTORE-IT Backupportal you have the option of changing your subscription to a higher or lower subscription. Please note our General Terms and Conditions regarding the minimum term and notice periods.
